The RSA is an enlightenment organisation committed to finding innovative practical solutions to today’s social challenges. Through its ideas, research and 27,000-strong Fellowship it seeks to understand and enhance human capability so we can close the gap between today’s reality and people’s hopes for a better world.

In this exciting and varied role, you will report to the Director, Independent Review of the Police Federation, providing research support to the review panel. You will undertake research, help to build a relevant and engaging programme of evidence sessions for the panel, analyse the evidence, design evidence questions and surveys, and analyse consultation responses. You will be involved in all aspects of the review including working with the director and panel to produce the final report. This is a high profile review with an exceptional panel working to explore the latest knowledge on organisational change in a public service to safeguard employee voice, represent members’ interests while serving the public good.

We are looking for a candidate with experience of research and qualitative data analysis.
